Situated at the top of Cebu City so the road may be a little difficult and steep. From JY square, its is 9.1 kilometers away and 20 minutes travel time. For foreigners and tourist with no transportation service, you can ride the “habal-habal” or motorcycle taxi but be sure to negotiate the price of the fare.
